Tbilisi. The implementation of the Law on Early and Preschool Education was discussed at the conference organized by the Parliament of Georgia with the support of UNICEF.
''UNICEF commends the efforts of the Parliament of Georgia and especially the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee for leading the process of adoption of the Law which aims to create a stronger legal basis and national standards for inclusive early and preschool education for all children in Georgia'' said Sascha Graumann, UNICEF Representative in Georgia.
UNICEF will continue to support the Government in implementation of the Law and in development of an effective early and preschool education system in Georgia.
