Tbilisi. The updated list of cases being reviewed by the Department of Equality is available on the Public Defender’s website. According to Article 11 of the Law on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination, organizations, institutions, or associations, which are engaged in the protection of individuals from discrimination, have the right to appeal to the Public Defender with the request to participate in the hearing of a case as a third party.

''Updated information enables the organizations working on discrimination issues, as well as other stakeholders, to learn about the discrimination cases being studied by the Public Defender,'' is noted in the statement.
