Tbilisi. The platform ''No to phobia'' releases a statement regarding the request to carry out a referendum on human rights issues.
''We consider that the argument used by the ruling political team and other parties regarding carrying out of a referendum, which deems the constitutional change an instrument for weakening hypothetical provocation from the side of pro-Russian political forces, is substantially groundless and in this way it replicates and generates those particular values that mentioned pro-Russian groups are possessing'' – is stated on the website of the organization.
