On September 13-14, 2016, Public Defender Ucha Nanuashvili attended meetings of the Financial Committee and the European Coordinating Committee of National Human Rights Institutions in Brussels.
''The meeting focused on the progress achieved and the initiatives aimed at strengthening the activities and influence of the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI) in the long run. The sides also discussed policy issues of working groups and ENNHRI strategic plans,'' is noted in the statement.
