Tbilisi. Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) was defending interests of an individual dismissed from the Public Service Hall. Dismissal of an individual was conducted on the basis of abolished conviction. The court appraised the decision taken by the Public Service Hall as discriminatory.
