Lawsuit on allowance entitlement restricting regulations has been received
Tbilisi. On February 10, the Constitutional Court received a lawsuit that was submitted by EMC and related to regulations, restricting living allowance entitlement to homeless people residing in the street.
"In the mentioned lawsuit EMC demands to admit unconstitutional the regulations, restricting living allowance entitlement to homeless people without a permanent place of residence, residing in the street” – is stated on the website of the organization.
