EMC: Shortcomings in the process of investigation and prosecution of narcotic offenses
Tbilisi. ''Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center'' (EMC) has published the results of a legal analysis of three high-profile criminal cases of 2017.
All three cases regard to the investigation initiated on facts of illegal purchase-storage of a narcotic substance. The purpose of the study was to identify possible procedural violations in these cases.
