''Through the present evaluation we review improvements, worsening in terms of social rights protective statements made in the draft Constitutional Law, as well as those issues, which have not been incorporated in the text of the Constitution, despite tough discussions held both within the framework of the Commission and out of it'' – is stated in the evaluation made by the organization.
