Tbilisi. The Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) publishes an article: ''Holidays in Europe and Georgia''.
''If we refer to the methodology of a Ukrainian site and do not consider the Easter Saturday-Sunday as holidays, it turns out that there are 15 holidays in Georgia. By this number Georgia becomes a leader of Europe together with Slovakia. And if a day of the Didgori battle is declared as a day off, then Georgia will supersede Slovakia in terms of the number of holidays, thus becoming the first in Europe, while the worldwide it will equal the indicator of Argentina and Japan'' – is stated on the website of the organization.
