Tbilisi. Transparency International – Georgia publishes a blog post: "Information about investigation of high-profile cases is closed”.

"Public information about high-profile cases of recent year raises questions about ineffective and, in some cases, selective response of law enforcement agencies. Besides, in spite of the fact that in the majority of high-profile crimes, committed before 2012, specific high-ranking officials have been convicted, other persons involved in systemic offenses have not been identified and brought to justice. There is a suspicion that they might still be holding their positions” – is stated on the website of the organization in a social network.
