Tbilisi. Fair Elections appeals to the CEC with two applications regarding facts of violation of a pre-election agitation regulation and use of administrative resources in Kvareli and Batumi.

In the first case, the concerned subject is a Facebook post of Ketevan Chipashvili, the Head of the Educational Resource Center of Kvareli, which she has published during working hours and expressed open support towards the majoritarian candidate of "Georgian Dream” in the Kvareli municipality. In the second case, the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Autonomous Republic of Adjara has used the official Facebook page for a pre-election agitation.
