EMC review of religious issues
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center publishes a review of cases regarding restriction of freedom of religion and discrimination.
The review gathers those cases, which are addressed by the Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) in terms of equality. The cases, reviewed in the document, are mainly related to the facts of restriction of freedom of religion and discrimination on religious grounds, as well as violence committed for discrimination and homo/bi/transphobic motives due to different standpoint in 2016 and the first half of 2017.
