IDFI: Recommendations of the Venice Commission should be fully taken into consideration
Tbilisi. ''The Institute for Development of Freedom of Information'' (IDFI) considers that in the constitutional amendments regarding judiciary the recommendations of the Venice Commission should be fully taken into account.
''Despite positive provisions, part of the amendments, made into the paragraph on judiciary of the draft Constitution of Georgia, contain significant shortcomings and contradict the recommendations of the Venice Commission'' – IDFI states.
