Court issued a restraining order to protect a family from an abusive husband
Samtskhe-Javakheti. In order to protect the rights of Lola Z., a victim of violence, and her children, as witnesses of violence, the Akhaltsikhe District Court issued a restraining order against the offender on 24 October, 2017.
Interests of victims in the court were represented by Georgian Democratic Initiative (GDI).
