Right to maternity, paternity and parental leave in the light of equality
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) publishes a study on national and international standards and practices – ''Right to maternity, paternity and parental leave on the background of equality''.
The purpose of the study is to identify gaps related to the right to maternity, paternity and parental leave in terms of compatibility with the Constitution of Georgia and international legal acts.
