Tbilisi. There was the fifth Kato Mikeladze Prize award ceremony conducted in Tbilisi.
''The winner of the 2017 award has become Ketevan Khidasheli, a founder of the organization ''Women for Regional Development''.
Ketevan actively attempts to protect interests of vulnerable groups at the local self-government and deliver the voice of women to them. She supports victims of domestic violence by various means'' - reads the website of the Gender Information Portal.
