Tbilisi. Court Considers Non-fulfillment of Public Defender's Lawful Request by Head of State Security Service.

Case proceedings are underway at the Public Defender's Office regarding the legality of the refusal to grant a refugee status to Azeri citizen D.A. Despite the requirement of the law, the Head of the State Security Service did not provide the Public Defender with the requested information on the motive that the Public Defender has no access to this kind of secret information.
