Appeal of PHR recommending improvement of work of a hot line
Tbilisi. An organization ''Partnership for Human Rights'' (PHR) has appealed to the Ministry of Health recommending to study and improve work of a hot line and to ensure accessibility to a free number.
''...there are cases when operators request callers to recall next day and submit their application again'' – is stated at PHR.
