Tbilisi. The Public Defender of Georgia is responding to the delay in consideration of the draft law on safety at work.
''It should be noted that safety at work is primarily a matter of human rights. Every employee has the right to work in a safe working environment where his/her health and life is protected. Employers have certain obligations in this regard today. The main purpose of the draft law is to ensure fulfillment of the obligations.
