The Gyla’s Constitucional Claims Filed with the aim of changing the code of administrative offenses
Tbilisi. The GYLA is conducting strategic litigation in the Constitutional Court in order to change the unconstitutional use of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Georgia. As of now the GYLA has filed five claims in the Constitutional Court.
