Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) has submitted an application to the Prosecutor's Office of Tbilisi and demanded to start an investigation based on facts of humiliating and disgraceful treatment of Machalikashvili family members during a special operation conducted by the State Security Service on December 26, 2017 at their house in the Duisi Village.
