March 12, the society "Biliki" (path) has held the
event titled "Woman - Active Citizen" as part of the Civic Education
and Teacher Training Program (USAID/PH International). At the event, state of
the women's rights in historic and contemporary context was discussed and the
winners of the essay competition held by "Biliki" have read their
works. Representatives of the local authorities and NGO sector, teachers of
