Tbilisi. ''Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center'' (EMC) files a lawsuit at the Tbilisi City Court and demands compensation for moral damage inflicted by actions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Zviad Ratiani, in particular, via spreading his personal data.

''After publication of video recordings, he started to receive verbal insults and experience aggression against him at various times. As a result, psychological and emotional condition of Zviad Ratiani deteriorated significantly, he lost feeling of security and developed posttraumatic stress disorder'' – the statement reads.
