GYLA: A person has been compensated for a damage caused by violation of security standards in the museum
Tbilisi. With the help of the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA) and on the basis of a decision of the Tbilisi City Court, the Ministry of Culture, together with one of the museums under its supervision, has been charged to reimburse a damage in favor of a disabled person.
The plaintiff received a serious health injury in May 2014. They were on an excursion together with a child and got injured due to collapse of a balcony of the museum.
