Tbilisi. On May 17 the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA) appealed to the Prosecutor's Office regarding a case of a victim.
''We consider that legitimate interests of Nika Gorgiladze are affected due to inactivity of the Prosecutor's Office. In particular, he does not have access to information related to case materials and ongoing or already performed investigative actions. Besides, the qualification of the crime is unknown.
