English language learning program for adolescents
Tbilisi. An American organization PH International and a society ''Biliki'' with the funding of the US Department of State begin ''English Access Microscholarship Program''.
The purpose of the program is to make study of an English language accessible for adolescents from socially unprotected and economically vulnerable families.
