Tbilisi. ''Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center'' (EMC) publishes an appraisal document related to a criminal case of Archpriest Giorgi Mamaladze.

The organization points out significant procedural and material-legal shortcomings, which, in general, reveal a problem of violation of the right of Archpriest to fair trial and obviously weak justification of prosecution in the verdict.
