Tbilisi. The Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), within the framework of a joint project with the Center for Training and Consultancy (CTC) and Management Systems Development Center (MSDC), has started working on a local self-government index.
The project tends to conduct a follow-up assessment of municipalities in terms of openness and accountability based on Local Self-Government Index.
