Tbilisi. According to a statement of ''Transparency International Georgia'', representation of women at city assemblies of Imereti municipalities has increased.

''In comparison with results of the 2014 local self-government elections, representation of women at city assemblies of Imereti municipalities is increased. Furthermore, Chairpersons of city assemblies of three municipalities are women. Nevertheless, representation of women among local self-government officials is low'', - is stated on the website of the organization.
