Tbilisi. Tbilisi City Court accepted a lawsuit of Ana Tavkhelidze, Master of the Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, for review, in which lawsuit the student demands abolishment of rating of her master thesis and re-defending of the master thesis before an independent commission.

''The applicant argues that the examination commission created a gender based hostile environment against her, while due to stereotypical and sexist appraisals her right to education was violated'', - the website of the organization states.

Lawyers of PHR will defend interests of Master at court.
