EMC demands to postpone the sentence enforcement in the case of Archpriest Mamaladze
Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) calls on the Penitentiary Department of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia to protect the right to health of Archpriest Giorgi Mamaladze. Besides, taking into consideration his complicated medical condition, to use the mechanism of the sentence enforcement postponement, stipulated by law.
