Public Meeting on Mental Healthcare and Human Rights
Tbilisi. On 10 October 2019, on the occasion of the World Mental Health Day, Public Defender of Georgia Nino Lomjaria held a public meeting on mental healthcare and human rights.
“The World Mental Health Day has been marked since 1992 and aims to raise public awareness of mental health issues and to mobilize supportive activities. This year's focus is suicide prevention”, is noted in the statement.
