Statement of CSOs: Comment of Rizhvadze regarding the hunger striker is unethical
Tbilisi. Civil society organizations operating in Adjara call on Tornike Rizhvadze, Chairman of the Government of Adjara, to “respect rights and dignity of every citizen, living in the region, and adhere to universally recognized ethical principles”.
“Statement of Tornike Rizhvadze, which he made to appraise the several-day hunger strike of Alexandre Milorava, demanding resignation of Director of Adjara Public Broadcaster, does not correspond to both his status of a state-political official and norms of ethics”.
