EMC responds to the ongoing campaign against air pollution in Rustavi

Tbilisi. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) responds to the ecological crisis existing in Rustavi and calls on the Parliament of Georgia to pass initiated legislative amendments in regard to environmental responsibility immediately.

“Polluted air can cause serious and multifaceted damage to human health. Polluted air increases risks of infertility, various oncological and cardiovascular diseases, cognitive impairment, respiratory problems”.
