Statement of the Public Defender of Georgia
Tbilisi. The Public Defender of Georgia responds to imposition of an obligation of non-disclosure on the defense party in the case of murder of Giorgi Shakarashvili.
The Public Defender considers that unjustified imposition of an obligation of non-disclosure on the defense party in a given situation may entail violation of the right to equality of the parties.
