Tbilisi.Handbook is elaborated with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Project “Citizen Participation in Municipal Budgeting” is implemented within the frames of Eastern Partnership Regional Fund for Public Administration Reform.
