On Behalf of CDD Deputy Head of the Election Observation mission - Paata Kvavadze participated in a special working group - the initiative of the Central Election Commission (CEC) to discuss the voting of Georgian citizens who are in quarantine, as well as the voting of Covid-19 infected people who are in special facilities.
