Samtskhe-Javakheti. The Civil Society Institute has organized a round table in Akhaltsikhe, in the office of the Union of Democrat Meskhetians on – "The discussion over functioning environment of CSOs". Local CSO representatives have participated in the meeting. As part of the event, meeting participants have discussed the functioning environment of CSOs – submissions of legislative initiatives on volunteering and discussion of volunteering issues; characteristics of taxation of CSOs – challenges and opportunities. The participants have expressed opinions and comments on examined topics.At the end of the discussion, the CSO web portal – csogeorgia.org – was presented.
