Associates launches the project www.factcheck.ge,
which aims at verifying the statements made by the politicians in order to
identify factual inaccuracies. This project is based on international analogues
such as www.factcheck.org and www.politifact.com
(prize-winner of the 2009 Pulitzer Price). To achieve the objective, it is
planned to monitor the politicians speeches and verify the facts throughout the
parliamentary and presidential debates.
