Adjara. As Transparency International Georgia informs, with the help of lawyers of the organization, the Batumi City Court satisfied a lawsuit of Vazha Ananidze, annulled the order regarding his dismissal and reinstated him to work.
“He will be remunerated in the amount of GEL 31 000 for loss of salary, while GEL 25 200 as a compensation in exchange for his reinstatement to the position of Associate Professor at the Maritime Academy”.
