IDFI Assessment of Amendments to the Law of Georgia on Facilitating the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing
Tbilisi. According to the IDFI, The amendments to the Law of Georgia on Facilitating the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing are not enough to address the challenges existing in the country in this direction and it is necessary for the Georgian Government to take more ambitious steps.
IDFI calls on the authorities to not spare efforts in implementing MONEYVAL and FATF recommendations.
