Public Defender Meets with UN Women Representative to Georgia Kaori Ishikawa
Tbilisi. Levan Ioseliani, Public Defender of Georgia, met with Kaori Ishikawa, UN Women Country Representative to Georgia.
The topics of discussion at the meeting included issues of gender equality, women's economic and rights situation in Georgia. Special attention was paid to the issue of femicide.
The meeting also touched upon the strengthening of partnership between organizations and close cooperation to improve the rights situation of women.
