The International Forum for Democratic Studies under the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) of USA   has published a new report. The Forum  asked  the member organizations of "Democracy Research Institutes network" to answer the question - what is democracy organizations - Democracy think tank-specific role in developing democracies.  Ghia Nodia, the Chairman of the Caucasian Institute analyzed the situation.
