And it is not the first time, that a public official is the beneficiary of such a decision. ...We urge the Tbilisi City Hall to explain to the public the reasons for selling a piece of land within a protected area which the residents of Tbilisi are using for recreation, as well as for the planned construction of a restaurant there", says the blog post.
