Tbilisi. The International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) presents third interim report of pre-election monitoring for the October 27, 2013 Presidential Elections. The report covers the period from August 5 through August 20, 2013.
"It is safe to say that from the day pre-election campaigning was launched there have been no massive violations of election laws; rather, only a few violations have been reported".
