Tbilisi. The "Georgian Young Constitutionalists' Association" has presented its new project, which provides free of charge, online consultations to the Georgian citizens living abroad in the electoral issues. In particular, through the special application available on the Association's official web page, Georgians who are currently abroad can address the Association's lawyers in writing about issues of interest to them concerning the election legislation.
