International White Cane Day
Tbilisi. On October 15, the International White Cane
Day, the Union of the Blind of Georgia has organized a peaceful event near the
Metro Rustaveli territory. In relation to October 15, CSO "Let's Be
Friends" together with the partner CSOs will make a statement during the
week on the problems of the blind and short-sighted persons in Georgia.
