Tbilisi. Transparency International Georgia released a blog post - "Tbilisi City spending cut". More than half of the capital’s municipal funds come from the central government’s equalization transfer, which is set to decrease by GEL 49.9 million in 2014. The GoG gives formula-based equalization transfers to most of the local governments on an annual basis.
