Guria. The project "Transformation of Local Libraries into Resource-Centers in the Guria Region" is implemented since 1 July 2012 in the Ozurgeti Municipality. The "Institute of Values" implements the project, "GuriaAgroBusinessCenter" is the project partner, and the "Central Library of Ozurgeti" is the partner and beneficiary.

The project aims to develop local communities by increasing the access to modern information resources. To this end, the logistical base of the libraries has been improved and the trainings have been delivered to the leaders of local communities and librarians. The project is implemented in Ozurgeti and the following villages within the Municipality: Shroma, Mtispiri, Bakhvi, Shemokmedi, Meria, Likhauri, Tkhinvali, Ureki.
