Better regulation of vehicle procurement by public offices
Tbilisi. Georgian Young Lawyers' Association released Sopho Chareli's blog post About the necessity of relevant regulations in terms of vehicles’ procurement by public offices.
"...In general, developments around vehicles’ procurement by state offices demonstrate the need of introducing specific regulations. The regulations on the one hand should guarantee purposeful spending of budgetary funds and on the other hand should decrease the risk of biased decisions from the side of public servants", says the blog post.
